ABOUT

Breathe Yoga & Fitness offers online yoga and fitness classes with monthly face-to-face workshops and check-ins.  

 

My philosophy is based upon a holistic approach, starting wherever you are at and building from there, whether that be to bring about calm, balance, strength, fitness, weight loss or just to feel good.  

 

Results come by integrating a mind body approach to health and wellness.  This is achieved through small class numbers, a personalised approach, and education using the most up to date research.

 

MY STORY

Physical activity and mindfulness practices are as much part of my life as sleeping and eating. 

 

An innate curiosity for all things health and wellness has taken me on a sport, exercise and wellness journey since an early age.

 

Yoga has been most informative on this journey and is at the heart of my philosophy and teaching.  I offer both face to face classes and workshops as well as virtual health and wellness solutions to enhance both physical and mental wellbeing.

 

My intention is help others to achieve healthier bodies and minds.

   

Crossfit Class
 

CLASSES

MIND BODY WORKOUT

Starts with a full body warm up and mobility work, before the main strength session, and ends with stretching.

RESTORATIVE HATHA YOGA

A yoga class to rest and restore. The postures in this class are held for longer. Suitable for all levels.

KETTLEBELLS

Using the single most versatile piece of equipment, these sessions are planned to progress over a 6 week block building strength and endurance.

VINYASA YOGA FLOW

Links movement with breath in a progressive sequence to build heat, reduce tension and cultivate strength.

MOBILITY & MEDITATION

This session is great for recover very days.  We move through mobility work, integration of new ranges and finish the session with meditation.

INTERMEDIATE YOGA

A stronger, shorter and more dynamic class . Good level of fitness and general understanding of basic yoga postures required.

BOOK A CALL

The first step in becoming a part of the Breathe Online community is a 15-minute video coaching call. You'll find out how the online classes work and what you will need if you choose to join.

 

It also allows us to find out a little about your health and fitness goals and gives you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.

CHOOSE A MEMBERSHIP

After the call, you'll be offered a week's FREE trial of the online classes, followed by the option of becoming a member of Breathe, from as little as £20 per month.

 

The Yoga plan grants access to unlimited yoga sessions, whereas the Complete membership gets you all strength, HIIT, and yoga classes.

BOOK ON CLASSES

As a member, you'll have access to TeamUp where you can book on to any of the online classes included in your membership. If you're unable to attend live classes, you'll also be able to catch up with recordings on Vimeo.

Memberships are all online, but there is the option to book a further coaching call to ask any questions or get help and advice on technique.
